Banana Bread

November 23, 2009 by

From the Kitchen of Dana White

Notes:  I got this recipe from my best friend Emily, who is one of the best bakers I know!  She comes up with and finds the best, tastiest and (most importantly) easiest recipes.  She made this for me once and I had to have the recipe.  When my mother-in-law was visiting from England, I wanted to make a thing or two in advance that I could put out for breakfast or serve mid day with a cup of tea.  This fit the bill.

 Ingredients: (Makes two loaves)

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Box Instant Banana Pudding Mix
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 4 eggs

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Mash Bananas in mixing bowl
  • Add all other ingredients
  • Pour into two (2) greased loaf pans
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes
