Minestrone Soup

From: Kat’s Kitchen

I’ve picked up these ingredients at the grocery store at 7 pm, and had it on the table at 7:20 pm… no joke. Kids and adults LOVE IT!!

1 quart low-sodium Chix. Broth
1 package of frosen “Garlic Pasta with Vegetable” (Made my GREEN GIANT)
1 can (15.5 oz) kidney beans (drained)

1 can Italian Seasoned tomatoes
1/4 C. tomato paste

Shredded Parm (handfuls, of course!!!)

Directions:
Bring Broth to a boil in lg. pot. Stir in the frozen pasta with veggies, as well as the beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste.

Return to boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 or so minutes.


Serve hot with YUMMY fresh parm on top!
