Carolina Pulled Pork – Delicious!
This is a recipe from the Rival Crockpot Cookbook; one my best friends, Kristi D., shared it with me. You’ll knock this one out of the park. Can’t go wrong with it! I served it for lunch before one of my child’s Christenings. Perfect during the week, or for guests on a weekend. Serve with rolls, as a sandwich.
It’s called “Carolina” due to it’s vinegar base; oh… it’s amazing! A bit spicy; only add the addt’l liquid at end if you or your guests like it super-spicy.
