Carolina Pulled Pork – Delicious!

January 30, 2010 by Kat

This is a recipe from the Rival Crockpot Cookbook; one my best friends, Kristi D., shared it with me. You’ll knock this one out of the park. Can’t go wrong with it!  I served it for lunch before one of my child’s Christenings. Perfect during the week, or for guests on a weekend. Serve with rolls, as a sandwich.

It’s called “Carolina” due to it’s vinegar base; oh… it’s amazing! A bit spicy; only add the addt’l liquid at end if you or your guests like it super-spicy.

Let me know if you have any questions!

This looks great!! Here’s a link to my fav coleslaw that would go perfectly with this recipe if you’re interested. It’s super easy (boil the sauce, pour it over the cabbage and stick it in the fridge)…and it’s great just over a bag of coleslaw without bothering with all that chopping. Happy Eating and congrats on your SITS day!
