    I totally agree (as I shove jelly beans in my mouth). We are label readers because of my son’s nut allergy, and you would not BELIEVE all the crap that’s in our food! It’s shameful, really.

    As for trying to eat mostly or all-natural food, I’ve tried it and we went broke. I don’t understand why foods with fewer ingredients cost more. Actually, I do, but it makes no logical sense. Anyway, good for you!

  6. I know exactly what you mean – I’ve been trying to avoid high fructose corn syrup, and it blows my mind how much stuff it’s in! Seriously, I can hardly find any bread without it. And before I’d started checking, it had never occured to me that bread would have anything but wheat in it!
