He Said: “It’s My Party & I Can Cry if I Want To…” ~ Her SITs Day

This may be the beginning of the end. A guy’s post on a girls only website!?! Hopefully this doesn’t mean I have to attend the next Bunco party as well (knowing the girls in my neighborhood, I wouldn’t be able to stay up that late anyway).

I’m Dave, and I live in Kat’s bedroom. Looking back at our blogging career (all 5 months of it), I have to admit that the He Said/She Said concept has been fantastic (at least for me). I challenge you to name another situation where you can totally call out your spouse in front of family, friends and strangers WITHOUT retaliation – and, at times, even have her say “damn, what a great post.” Awesome.

As you know, marriage is for better or for worse. For the sake of this blog, I now have proof of the worse and the worser. There is a whole lot of “better” strewn about, but what’s the fun in blogging about that?!?

My hope is that, when reading our posts, you realize that a) your relationship is probably more normal than you realize, and b) a couple can truly enjoy the chaos that some folks call mirage. Err, marriage.

PS – Now that I’ve posted here, should I get Tiffany & Heather’s approval on Spouse In The Soup (SITs)?
